MICHAEL RAVEN MEMORIAL FUND At the request of his family, Just Food is honored to establish the Michael Raven Memorial Fund. All donations to the fund will benefit Farm School NYC and its mission to build self-reliant communities and inspire positive local action around food access and social, economic, and racial justice issues. Building a Just and Sustainable Food System for NYC! Just Food is a non-profit organization that connects communities and local farms with the resources and support they need to make fresh, locally grown food accessible to all New Yorkers. Just Food empowers regional farmers and food producers, CSA organizers and everyday eaters to establish and experience healthy food systems—in every neighborhood. Since 1995, Just Food has pioneered sustainable food models, including CSAs, community-run farmers’ markets, and farm-to-food pantry programs.
